So I'm finally going to start putting entries into my blog to let all my wonderful customers interested in what is happing in the world of Patch Nappies know the goss.

Well right now I am still getting my sewing space sorted out after such a long break from all things sewing.

I'm really trying hard to get my mojo back so that I can sew up some gorgeous nappies with all this lush fabric I managed to sneak back into the country with me.

I am especially looking forward the very hungry caterpillar fabrics, they are going to make some really cute nappies!

I have this problem though that I never seem to have enough fabric, or the right colours for what's in my head, so I've just ordered some more minky to go with the new ideas I have, and get on with some custom orders.

I have to make up 4 four lap quilts for a very good friend who lost her dad almost a year ago now. They will be made from his Hawaiian shirts he loved to wear with some photos printed onto fabric. Hopefully they will turn out, I really want them to be special for her.

Then I will be trying to get my hands on some more bamboo so I can start making up some pocket nappy bundles that include the nappy and insert.

I really need to get on with making some mumma pads at some stage also, and finish these breast pads I have cut out. There will be some hot pink cotton velour ones, blue cotton velour, and turquoise bamboo velour - why should BPs be boring? We have funky bras and undies, so why not have some cool comfy breast pads too?

So these are the plans on the table, but with a 4 year old and a 2 year old under my feet 24/7 it can be hard to find the time to achieve everything on my list, but bits and bobs will be added all the time, so keep watching :D
